To save you time and cut unnecessary shipping, most resolutions don't require you to send anything back. Depending on your case, a resolution can be a complimentary replacement, store credit, or a partial or full refund. And when a return is needed, Stylr covers the return shipping.

Your piece is also backed long-term by a 1-year color warranty on the 18k PVD finish and a Lifetime Hardware Assurance on clasps, chains, and stones. Loss, theft, and accidental damage aren't covered.
